La Academia dio a conocer este martes los filmes nominados a los Óscar 2024, y se dio una lluvia de nominaciones a la exitosa película biográfica de Christopher Nolan, “Oppenheimer”, que competirá en 13 categorías.
La obra de Christopher Nolan recibió nominaciones como mejor película; dirección; mejor actor para Cillian Murphy; mejor actor de reparto a Robert Downey Jr; y Emily Blunt como mejor actriz de reparto.
“Oppenheimer” es una película biográfica de suspenso británico estadounidense de 2023, escrita y dirigida por Christopher Nolan. Esta cinta está basada en “American Prometheus”, una biografía de 2005 escrita por Kai Bird y Martin J. Sherwin.
La película narra la vida de J. Robert Oppenheimer, un físico teórico que fue fundamental en el desarrollo de las primeras armas nucleares como parte del Proyecto Manhattan y, por lo tanto, marcó el comienzo de la era atómica.
